Returns & Exchanges

At Brava Fabrics, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return or exchange your items. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring the products are protected and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
